Are there any costs?

The only extra charge relates to pool heating (£135.00 per week).
Do I have to pay a deposit?

A 20% deposit is required with the balance due 10 weeks before the holiday.
Is the Villa fully equipped?

The villa provides items for up to 8 people including catering places and kitchen items, bathroom towels, beach towels and bedding. There are also two TV/DVD players with basic satellite channels. Garden furniture is provided including sun beds, parasols, table and chairs. Each bedroom has it’s own hairdryer, and a cot and highchair is available for use free of charge. NEW – WIFI! How far is the nearest city?

Armacao de Pera is approximately 1.5km away with its sandy beaches, resturants, cafes and shops. There is a pavement into town and would take approximately 20 minutes to walk and is pedestrian friendly.

Faro is approximately a 40 minute drive from the villa.
