The villa is located in a tiny hamlet of Calicos. It is set within its own private grounds with a swimming pool at the rear (heated £65 per week). The accommodation includes a master double bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony

On the ground floor there are an additional three twin bedrooms. The bedroom at the front has a vanitory unit and has double patio doors to the front garden and shares a bathroom with the rear bedroom which also has double patio doors to the swimming pool. The final bedroom has a shower room with w.c adjacent.

There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room, lounge. One TV/Video and one TV/DVD provides English programmes via satellite. The laundry room is available for use. A daily service is provided except at weekends, with a linen change every week.
